Introduction

The training materials presented here are intended primarily for staff of academic publishing houses, regardless of their level of proficiency in using tools that support the publishing process. They outline the potential for automating certain stages of editorial work.

Learning target

Learners will be able to find out how technical or semi-automated tools may help with various publishing processes, such as DOI registrations for previously published articles.

Description

This set is tailored to the needs of editorial teams using both specialised publishing platforms (e.g. OJS) and basic tools. We recommend completing the training by following one of the learning pathways we have proposed. Each path includes content adapted to the individual needs and skill levels of participants, as well as shared materials that are universal across all pathways.
