Introduction

The CRAFT-OA coffee lectures series is produced as part of the CRAFT-OA project which supports institutional Diamond Open Access publishing on several levels. The lecture by Dulip Withanage and Ipula Ranasinghe touches upon both the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the development work on the Public Knowledge Project’s publishing systems within the CRAFT-OA project, specifically focusing on Open Journal Systems (OJS).

Learners will be introduced to the basic principles of GDPR as well as development work in this regard from the CRAFT-OA project in the Open Journal Systems (OJS) software.
