Introduction

The CRAFT-OA coffee lectures series is produced as part of the CRAFT-OA project which supports institutional Diamond Open Access publishing on several levels. As part of the coffee lectures series, technical publishing standards are introduced in concise, short presentations. This presentation introduces the OpenAIRE Graph as well as the OpenAIRE guidelines.

Description

The lecture was held as part of the CRAFT-OA coffee lecture series 10th February 2025. It introduces the OpenAIRE Guidelines and the OpenAIRE Graph: As an essential compliance requirement for data sources - institutional repositories, CRIS, Open Access journals, and aggregators - on structuring their metadata records to comply with the OpenAIRE Guidelines and ensure their metadata is harvested and integrated into the OpenAIRE Graph. The OpenAIRE Graph stands as one of the world's largest knowledge graphs and serves as an authoritative source for the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC).
